Refund policy

We will gladly accept returns of FULL PRICED ITEMS for store credit within 30 days from the date your order shipped. 

All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and must have the original tags still intact. Items must be free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, cigarette smoke, pet hair or any other stains/elements. Items that do not meet these requirements will be rejected and you will be responsible for shipping cost back to you. 

After return is approved, we will provide store credit via gift card to your email, as soon as we get your return.

ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE AND CAN NOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED.

The customer is responsible for shipping cost and shipping back to our warehouse. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate!
